• Cash or cheque
• Prices subject to change without notice
• Orders are subject to stock availability
• Seed Certificates of analysis will be supplied if requested
• All native seed blends are GST applicable.
• All items sold by Northstar Seed Ltd. are warranted to the extent of purchase price that seeds sold are as described on the container within recognized tolerance
• Seller gives no other warranty, expressed or implied
• Manitoba orders will not be charged PST if the tax number is supplied
• Shipping and mixing charges are taxable
• If over 50% of blend components are taxable them the entire blend is taxable
